Dr. Hourani is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician, specializing in Critical Care and Pulmonary Diseases with over 40 years of experience in the medical field, graduating from West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in 1982. In addition, Dr. Hourani completed his Internal Medicine residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan, and a fellowship at the University of California, Los Angeles, in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine. Dr. Hourani, Also served as the Chief Medical Resident at Henry Ford Hospital In Detroit, Michigan. She has joined the Mission Community Hospital with 12 years\u2019 experience in Graduate Medical Education. Dr. Farhadian is a graduate of the California Healthcare Foundation(CHCF) Leadership Fellowship. She is also a Certified Physician Executive. She is currently a member of the CAFP Foundation Board of Trustees. A Glendale, California native, she attended Crescenta Valley High School. Prior to her current role, Rochelle worked with Vituity&#8217;s Family Medicine Residency Program, where she discovered her passion for supporting and advancing residency programs. Outside of work, Rochelle enjoys spending quality time with her husband, family, and her two beloved cats, Mowgli and Yoshi. He was born and raised in Southern California. Dr. Hajian earned his medical degree from Rocky Vista University in Parker, Colorado. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at College Medical Center in Long Beach, California. Dr. Hajian is board certified in family medicine. She completed residency training in Family Medicine at Inova Fairfax Medical Center in Fairfax, Virginia, followed by an Obstetrics fellowship at CarePoint Health in Hoboken, New Jersey. She is passionate about women\u2019s health and prenatal care.
